Section 880-X-2E-.03 - Information Collection

The information will be used to determine the initial and continuing applicability of the incidental mining exemption to a particular mining operation. Response is required to obtain and maintain the incidental mining exemption in accordance with the Code of Ala. 1975, § 9-16-99(4).
