Section 880-X-2D-.02 - Responsibility

(1) The State Regulatory Authority is responsible for enforcing the requirements of this Rule.

(2) Any person conducting coal extraction as an incidental part of government-financed construction is responsible for possessing, on the site of the extraction operation, the documentation required by Rule 880-X-2D-.05 of these regulations.
