Section 880-X-2A-.04 - Authority State Regulatory Authority

The Alabama Surface Mining Commission, otherwise referred to in these regulations as the State Regulatory Authority, has the authority and shall enforce the Alabama Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1981 and these regulations.
