Section 870-X-5-.03 - Penalties For Violations Of Provisions Of The Act

Any person convicted of a violation of the act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense [§ 34-28A-4(a)] .
