Section 870-X-1-.09 - Management Of Funds

The Board shall be financed from income accruing to it from fees, licenses, and other charges and funds collected by the Board. All employee salaries and other expenses shall be paid as budgeted after budgets are approved by the comptroller or within the limitations of any appropriation or funds available for that purpose.
