Section 825-X-1-.05 - Commission Officers
(1) Officers. The officers shall be a President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer.
(2) Election/Term. The officers shall be elected by majority vote of the members of the Commission and shall serve for a term of four (4) years or until their successors are elected.
(3) President. The President of the Commission shall preside over all regular or special meetings of the Commission, act as liaison between the Commission and its Agencies, act as primary liaison between the Commission and the Federal, State, and local governmental agencies and entities, and appoint committees and act as ex-officio member of each committee.
(4) Vice President. The Vice President shall carry out the responsibilities of the President in his/her absence. He/she shall also carry out any of the assignments delegated to him/her by the President.
(5) Secretary/Treasurer. The Secretary/Treasurer shall record, sign, and manage the maintenance of all minutes of the Commission meetings, and shall have general charge and supervision of all books and records of the Commission.
