Section 820-5-1-.05 - Required Forms For Domestic And Foreign Homeowners' Associations

The Office of the Secretary of State will provide on its website tillable forms that shall be used for both domestic and foreign homeowners' associations. The use of said forms shall be mandatory to ensure proper coding of the entity type.
