Section 820-2-2-.27 - Procedures For Absentee Election Managers For Domestic Violence Voter Protection

The county absentee election manager shall redact or omit the residential and mailing address for voters in protected status pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, § 17-4-33(b) (2014) from any copy of an absentee voter list to be posted or otherwise made a public record, except poll lists used at local precincts.
