Section 800-5-7-.01 - Eligibility For Distribution

Upon attainment of 59 1/2 years of age or becoming permanently disabled, within the meaning of the federal internal revenue law, a participant may obtain distribution or pay out of the funds in his account by filing an appropriate form prescribed by the administrative staff.
