Section 800-5-1-.01 - Adoption

These rules and regulations are adopted by the Public Employees' Individual Retirement Account Fund (PEIRAF) Board of Control pursuant to Section 3 of Act 82-776 (Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 36-27A-1 through 36-27A-7 ).
