Section 800-2-4-.02 - Part-Time Employment

(1) Creditable service for part-time employment will be credited on a proportionate basis.

(2) Proportionate service will be determined by comparison of the time actually worked to the normal time required for a full-time employee.

(3) The employer, in cases of doubt, shall certify to the Retirement System the time required for a full-time employee in that position.
