Section 800-1-8-.06 - Preexisting Condition Exclusion

No benefit shall be paid upon the death of any insured whose death occurs within ninety days of the date that coverage begins for such insured where such death results from a condition existing prior to the date that coverage begins. This provision shall not apply to those persons whose coverage begins on the effective date of this plan, October 1, 1987.
