Section 800-1-4-.03 - Part-Time Employment

(1) Creditable service for part-time employment will be credited on a proportionate basis.

(2) Proportionate service will be determined by comparison of the time actually worked to the normal time required for a full-time employee.

(3) The employer, in cases of doubts, shall certify to the Retirement System the time required for a full-time employee.
