Section 800-1-2-.03 - Leave Of Absence

(1) A person on leave of absence (including sabbatical) without pay is ineligible for creditable service with the Teachers' Retirement System.

(2) A person on leave of absence (including sabbatical) with pay will receive proportional credit based on the amount of pay received in relation to his full-time salary.
