Section 80-5-2-.05 - Abandonment Of Name(1) The failure of a specific name to be registered, or the failure of an entity to be licensed or permitted, for a period of two consecutive years, will be considered an abandonment.(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) above, the attempt by anyone, by the use of an abandoned name, to mislead or confuse the public is prohibited and grounds for revocation of the registration, permit or license.
