Section 80-14-1-.14 - Hazardous Waste And Chemical Waste

(1) Cultivators and Integrated Facilities shall establish and maintain standards, procedures, and requirements for hazardous and chemical waste product storage and disposal, and chemical storage that comply with Chapters 27 and 30 of Title 22, Code of Ala. 1975.
