Section 80-14-1-.01 - Purpose

To authorize the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries to regulate the cultivation of cannabis by licensed cultivators or licensed integrated facilities pursuant to Section 20-2A-1 et. seq., Code of Ala. 1975.
