Section 80-3-15-.03 - Fees To Be Charged For Testing PoultryThe following fees shall be collected at the time service is rendered and shall be payable to the State Department of Agriculture and Industries:
(a) The stained-antigen, rapid, whole-blood test: On the first test State Inspectors will collect a blood testing fee of 4 cents per bird or a minimum fee of $4.00 per flock.(b) On the second and all subsequent tests State Inspectors will collect a blood testing fee of 2 cents per bird or a minimum fee of $2.00 per flock.(c) On the first test, Testing Agents will collect a blood testing fee of 4 cents per bird or a minimum fee of $4.00 per flock and will remit to the State Department of Agriculture and Industries 1 cent per bird or a minimum remittance of $1.00 per flock.(d) On the second and all subsequent tests, Testing Agents will collect a blood testing fee of 2 cents per bird or a minimum fee of $2.00 per flock but no remittance to the State Department of Agriculture and Industries will be required.(e) The standard tube agglutination test or the rapid serum test: State Inspectors will collect a fee of 6 cents per bird or a minimum fee of $6.00 per flock on all tests. If, however, blood samples are collected in tubes by State Inspectors and taken to a privately owned laboratory for testing, State Inspectors will collect a fee of 4 cents per bird or a minimum fee of $4.00 per flock.(f) A fee of $5.00 will be collected from each Chick Dealer or Chick Jobber who elects to participate in the National Poultry Improvement Plan.
