Section 80-1-22-.07 - Mixtures Or Compounds Bearing Distinctive Names(1) The terms mixture or compound for purposes of this Chapter are interchangeable.(2) A mixture or a compound offered for sale under its own distinctive name shall not be an imitation of any other article whether simple, mixed or compound. In addition to its own distinctive name, it shall bear on the same label or brand the name of the place of manufacture or production. If the name of the place is one which is found in different states, territories or countries, the name of the state, territory or country, as well as the name of the place, must be stated.
