Section 797-X-2-.04 - Immediate Effective Dates

As provided in the State of Alabama Administrative Procedures Act, Section 41-22-5(b) on a determination of immediate need, the Director may adopt rules and regulations that will become effective immediately. These rules will be effective for a period of not longer than 120 days.
