Section 797-X-2-.02 - Submission Of Proposed Rule Or Regulation

Before the adoption of a rule or regulation, the Director shall submit the proposed rule or regulation to the Commission for review. After review, the Commission shall advise the Director of its recommendations with respect to the rule or regulation, revise the rule or regulation as necessary, and through Commission action adopt, modify or reject the proposed rule or regulation.
