Section 797-X-1-.07 - Authorized Personnel

Authorized Personnel means an employee of Red Mountain Park authorized to make daily operations and maintenance decisions on behalf of the Director and the Commission, and/or educate the visiting public about park rules and regulations and ensure visitor compliance and enforcement of the rules and regulations.
