Section 795-4-1-.15 - Physician Or Dentist Enrollment

CRS enrolls only Board eligible/Board certified physicians and licensed dentists. Except through special exception programs, physicians/dentists providing CRS authorized services for clients outside the CRS setting will be responsible for billing to the client's insurance (i.e., Medicaid, CHIP and/or private insurance) based on the CRS payor of last resort policy.
