Section 780-X-17-.05 - Expired Registration(a) Expired registrations may be reinstated within six (6) months after expiration upon proper application and payment to the Board of the renewal fee of two thousand dollars ($2000) plus the late filing fee of five hundred dollars ($500). No late filing fee will be collected when renewal is received on or before the 30th day after registration lapses.(b) Reinstatement is not retroactive.Ala. Admin. Code r. 780-X-17-.05
