Attach two recent appraisals completed for a client (demo reports not accepted) which are indicative of your appraiser business. These reports will be reviewed by the Board to determine whether your reports substantially comply with USPAP and whether you are knowledgeable of USPAP to train appraisers.
The fee for processing this application for mentor status is $200.00. (You do not need to submit a separate application for each trainee. One application covers all mentoring unless that status is removed through disciplinary action by the Board).
You are required to immediately report the name and license number of trainees who work under your supervision to the Board.
You are required to immediately report the name and license number of trainees who leave your supervision to the Board.
You will be notified within 60 days of the disposition of this application.
