Section 770-X-10-.19-7-1-.04 - Physical Qualifications

(1) Such person must not have a loss of, or a loss of the use of, a foot, a leg, a hand, or an arm, which interferes with his ability to control and safely drive a motor vehicle.

(2) Such person shall not have a medical history of, or a current diagnosis of, any condition or impairment which is likely to cause loss of consciousness or any loss of ability to control and safely drive a motor vehicle.
