Section 760-X-1-.04 - Mutilating, Defacing Or Reproducing A Driver License Or Learner's Permit

Any person who willfully mutilates, mars, changes, reproduces, alters, defaces, disfigures, or otherwise changes the form of any driver license, or temporary instruction permit issued to any person under Code of Ala. 1975, §§3266, 3263, and 3268, with the intent to defraud shall be guilty of a violation of this rule and regulation and may be subject to the penalties provided in Code of Ala. 1975, § 32-6-18.

Further, any person having in his possession a driver license or temporary instruction permit which has been willfully mutilated, marred, changed, reproduced, altered, defaced, disfigured or otherwise changed shall be prima facie evidence that he has violated this rule and regulation and may be subject to the penalties provided in Code of Ala. 1975, § 32-6-18, and shall have their driver license suspended for a period of sixty days.
