Section 750-X-6-.02 - American Psychological Association Ethical Principals of Psychologists and Code of Conduct and Appendix II(1) American Psychological Association Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct, 2003 Edition (as amended 2010, 2016), effective January 1, 2017, or its successive editions, set forth as Appendix II to the Administrative Code of the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology, is adopted.(2) The board shall suspend, place on probation, or require remediation for any psychologist or psychological technician for a specified time, to be determined at the discretion of the board, or revoke any license to practice as a psychologist or psychological technician or take any other action specified in the rules whenever the board finds by a preponderance of the evidence that the psychologist or psychological technician has violated the Code of Ethics.Ala.
