Section 750-X-5-.01 - Release Of Information From Files
(1) The Alabama Attorney General's Office has ruled that the Board has a right to release information in the files of applicants or licensees. In addition to standard inquiries about individual applicants or licensees for professional reasons, such information is often sought for demographic or statistical purposes. A roster of all licensees in Alabama will be compiled and will be made available to the public at a nominal charge.
(2) The fact that a particular individual is either licensed or not by this Board is public knowledge and will be released upon request.
