Section 750-X-2A-.02 - Application Deadlines

Upon request, all persons intending to apply for licensure will be supplied with a licensure application form, a copy of the Alabama law, an "Information for Applicants" brochure. The application process must be completed by the first day of odd numbered months to be reviewed at the Board's next regularly scheduled meeting.
