Section 750-X-2-.09 - Disposition Of Applicants

(1) Board Action. The affirmative votes of a majority of Board members voting shall be required to grant admission to the examination and licensure. The applicant will be notified by letter of the Board's decision.

(2) Restrictions on Member Voting.

(a) A Board member cannot serve as a reference for an applicant.

(b) Board members must abstain from voting in the licensing process if the applicant is in their employ or under their supervision, or if there is a legal, ethical, or moral question visàvis the Board member and the applicant.
