Section 746-X-2-.09 - Temporary Licenses(1) Upon application for licensure by qualified candidates and upon submission of documentation required by this chapter, a candidate shall be issued a temporary license to practice as a prosthetist, orthotists or a prosthetists/orthotist. Such temporary license shall be valid only until the first examination is successfully passed and the Board determines whether a permanent license shall be issued.
