Section 730-X-4-.05 - Judicial Review Of Contested Cases

A person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available within the agency (other than rehearing) and who is aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review as provided by the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 41-22-1, etseq.
