Section 710-X-1-.02 - Establishment And Operation Of Commission

(1) The Commission has been established and shall operate according to the statute which creates it, Code of Ala. 1975, § 33-4-1.

(2) To the extent not expressly set out in its own organic statute, the Commission shall operate in accordance with the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 41-22-1etseq., or where applicable, other laws.
