Section 635-X-12-.01 - Penalties Of Breach Of Loan Contract

The Board shall follow the procedure stipulated in Code of Ala. 1975, § 34-22-64, in the event a loan recipient does not adhere to the terms of the contractual agreement he/she signed when accepting the loan. (635-X-5-.01)
