Section 630-X-3-.10 - Subpoenas

Upon the proper filing, by the accused person or the Board's legal counsel, of the lists of witnesses, the Board shall issue a subpoena for the witnesses and a subpoena duces tecum for any requested books, records, papers, or other documents, directed to the sheriff of the respective counties where such witnesses reside.
