Section 610-X-3-.10 - Nursing Education Program Hearing

(1) The Board may utilize a hearing officer to conduct a hearing prior to withdrawing approval or denying approval of a nursing education program. Nursing education program hearings shall be conducted in compliance with the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, as may be amended from time to time.

(2) The nursing education program may present written or oral evidence for the Board's consideration at any Board hearing.

(3) The nursing education program may appeal the Board's withdrawal of program approval to the Montgomery County Circuit Court.
