Section 582-X-2-.07 - Invalid License

(1) A Licensed Midwife who fails to apply for license renewal by July 1 of the year of expiration of the current license, the license shall become invalid.

(2) The person may obtain a new license by reapplying for initial licensure and complying with the current requirements and procedures for obtaining an initial license.
