Section 580-9-47-.15 - Waiver Requests

All requests for waivers must be submitted in writing to the DMH/MR Director. The DMH/MR Director shall review this request then render a written decision to the program within 30 days. Services delivered during the same period shall be reimbursed provided they are not otherwise in violation of these standards or law.
