Section 580-3-23-.17 - Renewal Of Certification

(2) Site visits for the purpose of certification are scheduled and conducted within a sixty (60) day period prior to the expiration of the entity's current certification.

(2) Updated information regarding services may be requested from an entity by any DMH/MR Division at any time.
