Section 580-1-1-.14 - Contested Cases

The manner in which proceedings in contested cases will be conducted by the Department of Mental Health shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Ala. 1975, Title 4, Chapter 22, and the rules published in the Alabama Administrative Code.
