Section 560-X-3-.05 - Documentary Hearing Procedures(1) Documentary Hearings are based solely upon the written or printed evidence presented to the Hearing Officer by both the complainant and the agency. Complainants should therefore submit complete records of all claims filed, correspondence, rejections, forms and attachments at the time the original written request for a hearing is forwarded to the agency.
