Section 560-X-23-.07 - Calculation Of Medicaid Prospective Payment Inpatient Rate For Out-Of-State Hospitals

(1) Payment for inpatient services provided by allout-of-state hospitals shall be calculated as described in the Alabama Medicaid Agency State Plan and amendments thereto as currently approved by the Hospital Services and Reimbursement Panel.
