Section 560-X-21-.09 - Billing Of Medicaid Recipients

(1) Refer to Chapter 1 of this Code for general information regarding providers billing Medicaid recipients.

(2) Medicaid recipients are exempt from co-payment requirements for maternity care and family planning services.

(3) Co-pay requirements apply to well-woman gynecological office services, except for those recipients under the age of 18.
