Section 560-X-14-.10 - Reports

(1) The Medicaid fiscal agent will provide a report on sterilization claims adjudicated to be used for reporting expenditures to the Health Care Financing Administration.

(2) The fiscal agent shall generate a report of Family Planning expenditures to be used for reporting expenditures to the Health Care Financing Administration.
