Section 550-X-6-.03 - Contributions From Localities In Need Of Physicians Or Physician Assistants

The Board may solicit contributions from localities in need of additional physicians or physician assistants. Such localities may stipulate that such contribution shall be contingent upon a physician's or physician assistant's agreement to practice in such locality.
