Section 550-X-1-.05 - Officers Of The Board

The Officers of the Board shall be as follows:

(a) Chairman. The Chairman of the Board of Medical Scholarship Awards shall be a member of the Board of Censors of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama. The Chairman shall be elected by a majority vote at a regularly called Board meeting. The Chairman shall serve a one year term and may be re-elected.

(b) Vice Chairman. The Vice Chairman shall be appointed by the Chairman. The Vice Chairman shall serve a one

(1) year term and may be re-appointed.
