Section 550-X-1-.02 - Powers And Duties Of Board Of Medical Scholarship Awards

The Board of Medical Scholarship Awards shall make a careful and thorough investigation of the ability, character, and qualifications of each applicant, and award scholarships and loans according to the judgment of the Board. The Board is empowered to do all things necessary to carry out the purposes and intentions of the Alabama Legislature as set forth in Code of Ala. 1975, § 16-47-121 through § 16-47-129.
