Section 545-X-5-.11 - Issuance Of Annual Certificate Of Registration, Dependent Upon Satisfaction Of Continuing Medical Education Requirement

The Medical Licensure Commission shall not issue to any physician licensed in the State of Alabama who is not exempt an annual certificate of registration pursuant to § 34-24-337, unless the physician certifies in writing upon the application for certificate of registration that he has met the minimum continuing medical education requirements prescribed in these rules.
