Section 540-X-7-.14 - Discipline Of License - Physician Assistant (P.A.) - Hearings

Before revoking, suspending, placing on probation, assessing administrative fines against, or otherwise disciplining the license of a physician assistant on any of the grounds specified in Rule 540-X-7-.12, the Board shall conduct a hearing pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 41-22-1etseq. Code of Ala. 1975, and Chapter 6 of the Rules of the Board.
